Nick Allen

Nick Allen has over 15 years of experience in the technology and finance industries. Nick began their career in 2004 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods. In 2006, they worked as a Research Associate at ThinkEquity Partners. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Clean Energy Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where they were ranked #1 in terms of stock performance. In 2010, they became a Partner at Spring Ventures, where they developed the firm's cleanweb investment thesis. From 2011 to 2013, they served as Co-Founder, Head of Operations, and CFO at Sidecar Technologies. Nick then founded and served as CEO and Director of Shuddle from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Director of New Business at General Motors, where they led a talented team focused on mobility services and commercialization of autonomous vehicles. Nick is currently the Founder and CEO of Geologie, a position they have held since 2018.

Nick Allen attended Trinity College-Hartford from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
