Arthur Sweeney has accumulated extensive work experience in various positions throughout their career. Arthur began their professional journey in the US Army in 1989, where they served as a Career Counselor and Recruiting Operations expert until 2012. During this time, they gained experience in career counseling, instructor certification, and team leadership.

After leaving the military, Arthur worked at Arma Global Corporation as an Information Technology Recruiting Coordinator. Here, they focused on managing and controlling continuous change in IT systems and providing support capabilities.

Following their role at Arma Global, Arthur joined Solstice Enterprise Software, Inc as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this position, they contributed to building world-class web and mobile software solutions, emphasizing excellent execution and user feedback.

Most recently, Arthur joined Geo Owl LLC as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, they have been actively involved in the full lifecycle recruitment process, including consulting, sourcing, interviewing, and orienting geospatial and technical talent. Arthur has utilized various software tools such as WorkDay, Taleo, Microsoft Word, and Excel to track candidates' progress and efficiently manage recruitment activities. Additionally, they have partnered with hiring managers to provide guidance and consultation on recruiting processes and strategies.
