Mikhail Eroshchuk has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. MIKHAIL is currently working as the Chief Engineer at Geoquip Marine since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Engineer at Irish Mainport Holdings from August 2020 to September 2021. From August 2019 to June 2020, they worked as the Chief Engineer at Geoquip Marine Group. Mikhail also worked at Myklebusthaug Management AS from November 2013 to June 2019, holding various roles such as Chief Engineer and Second (1st Assistant) Engineer. Additionally, they worked at Van Dam Shipping from February 2008 to July 2013 as the Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer. MIKHAIL began their career at Rederij Driemast BV as a Single Engineer in August 2007.

Mikhail Eroshchuk obtained a Master's degree in Maritime Engineering from the Kaliningrad Baltic State Academy, where they studied from 1997 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including FOET + CA-EBS from the Maritime rescue service of Rossmorrechflot in Moscow in December 2019, DP Maintenance from IMAT in Italy in October 2014, Norwegian Seaman's book in February 2014, and Dutch Seaman's book in April 2013.
