Mirco Bacchi

Mirco Bacchi has extensive experience in supply chain and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain & Procurement at Georg Fischer since March 2021, after previously holding the role of Head of Procurement, Planning & Data Management. Prior to this, Mirco worked as Director Operations at IMT Analytics AG from March 2019 to January 2021, and as Project Manager Global Logistics at Ivoclar Vivadent AG for a brief period in late 2018. Experience also includes positions at Leica Geosystems as a Project Coordinator/Manager, and at Autoneum as a Projekt Koordinator SAP. Mirco's career began at TRUMPF Schweiz AG, where responsibilities included Supply Chain Manager, and technical purchasing roles. Early experience featured roles as a Polymechaniker at FREYMATIC AG and Keller Laser AG, and a vocational apprenticeship at Rhätische Bahn AG. Educational qualifications include a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Administration from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur, a diploma from IBZ Schulen für Technik Informatik Wirtschaft Brugg, and vocational training as a Polymechaniker.
