Nesibe Bruggmann

Nesibe Bruggmann is an experienced leader in Learning and Development (L&D), currently serving as the Head of Corporate Learning and Development at Georg Fischer since April 2016. In this role, Bruggmann drives global L&D strategy to enhance leadership excellence and continuous growth, while also leading the GF Academy and designing impactful leadership programs. Previous positions include Head of Learning & Development, where Bruggmann expanded the GF Academy, and HR Specialist, responsible for the global implementation of HR IT systems. Prior to Georg Fischer, Bruggmann worked as a freelancer in assessment and consulting and completed internships focused on employee development and cognitive research. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology from Université de Neuchâtel and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Université de Fribourg.
