Paxton Gross

Paxton Gross is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in operational excellence and management. Currently serving as President and Managing Director at Georg Fischer since January 2016, Paxton has also held roles such as Head of Global Operational Excellence and Director of Operations within the company. Prior to Georg Fischer, Paxton worked at Legrand, North America as Director of Operations and spent time at Rexnord Aerospace as Manufacturing Manager. Early in their career, Paxton gained valuable experience at Danaher in various positions, including Danaher Business System Leader and Manufacturing Engineer. Paxton Gross holds educational degrees from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and Caltech.
