Currently serving as the Acting General Manager for Europe at DIA since January 2019, Barroca manages the European team and P&L while focusing on growth strategies and business transformation. Previous roles at DIA include Associate Director of Operations Transformation and Innovation, where responsibilities encompassed the execution of professional meeting strategies and driving innovation through technology and customer feedback. Prior to DIA, Barroca held various positions at ANF, including Multichannel Program Manager and Business Development Product Manager, showcasing expertise in e-commerce, product development, and stakeholder management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Lisbon and a Post-Graduate Management & Marketing Certification from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
