Jennifer Smith-Heys

Director, Plans And Strategy at George C. Marshall Center

Jennifer Smith-Heys has had a diverse work experience. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director, Plans and Strategy at the George C. Marshall Center and previously served as the USFK Chief of Intelligence Analysis at United States Forces Korea. Jennifer also worked as a Visiting PhD Student at Stanford University and is currently a PhD Candidate in Public Policy at George Mason University. Furthermore, they have a strong military background, having served as a Colonel in the US Army.

Jennifer Smith-Heys holds a Master's Degree in Military Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College/National Defense Intelligence College, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed another Master's Degree in Public Administration from Bowling Green State University, finishing in 2005. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Russian Language and Literature from Bowling Green State University, which they earned from 1993 to 1995.
