Karen Meredith Dawes currently serves as the Vice President Quality and Regulatory Systems at George Chiala Farms and is also a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. With a background in food safety and quality assurance, Karen has held various positions in companies such as Applied Biosystems and George Chiala Farms. Karen holds a Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Science in Food Systems from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Marketing and Agribusiness from Santa Clara University, and a B.S. in Food Science and Technology from San Jose State University. Additionally, Karen has received training from the Acidified Foods Manufacturing School at the University of California, Davis.
