William Mersereau

William Mersereau is a seasoned engineering professional in the real estate industry for over 32 years, William Mersereau has lent his expertise and eye for detail to George Comfort & Sons, Inc. as Director of Engineering since 1995. His leadership in overall operations includes the daily operating of commercial/office properties, along with coordinating capital and tenant improvements, troubleshooting issues, implementing new technologies and other efficient solutions.

William’s valuable technical background garnered prior to entering the world of real estate entailed working with a computer data processing firm. This laid the groundwork for a seamless transition to operate commercial office buildings. As a former computer room supervisor, William handled the day-to-day management of all computer and data processing equipment and personnel, honing his business leadership and administration skills.

Originally from Staten Island, New York, William studied Electro Mechanical Technology at The College of Staten Island and Business Administration at Brookdale College. He holds certifications in Real Estate Property Administration and System Maintenance from BOMI, and is an HVAC and Electronic Technician.
