Abdallah Kussad

Abdallah Kussad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail leasing and property management. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Leasing and Property Management at Emaar, The Economic City since November 2015, Abdallah manages the retail portfolio across King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) and leads various leasing activities while developing strategies to enhance the tenant experience. Prior to this role, Abdallah held multiple positions at Saudi Oger Ltd., including Supervisor for Property Management Quality and Operational Excellence, where quality systems and operational policies were optimized. Previous experience includes roles at Grand Hyatt Hotel and Desert Rose Resort, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a focus on Hotel Management. Abdallah's expertise encompasses tenant relations, leasing operations, and quality assurance in property management.
