Michael Viggiani

Michael Viggiani has extensive experience in facilities management and construction, currently serving as facilities manager at George Eastman House since January 1989, overseeing a staff of eight and managing three facilities totaling 200,000 square feet. Prior experience includes ownership of Brother in Law Construction from 1998 to 2008, providing comprehensive construction and maintenance services for commercial and residential properties. Earlier roles include maintenance supervisor for Conion Sales & Service Company, focusing on plastic injection mold machines and HVAC, mechanical technician at Rotork Controls Inc. specializing in nuclear control valve assembly, and electronic technician at Emerson, where electronic devices were constructed. Michael Viggiani holds certifications in trades from Brockport Continuing Education and has foundational training from BOCES tradeschool.
