Oliver Whitehouse

Oliver Whitehouse is a Senior Mechanical Designer at BAE Systems since May 2024, with prior experience as a Design Engineer at KOCH Finishing Systems from October 2019 to May 2024. In this role, Oliver contributed to a dynamic design department specializing in plant design, focusing on creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models, as well as conducting site surveys and utilizing 3D laser scanning. Oliver's ability to work with point clouds has significantly enhanced workflow efficiency by integrating traditional site surveys with advanced 3D CAD technology. Additionally, Oliver completed a Design Engineer Apprenticeship, gaining valuable hands-on experience in design engineering. Oliver holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering and an NVQ Level 3 in Design and Draughtsperson from Solihull College & University Centre.
