Adam Golodner

Adam Golodner is the Founder and CEO of Vortex Strategic Consulting, LLC, providing guidance to companies on global cyber, national security, antitrust, and geopolitical issues since August 2021. As Managing Partner at AMG Global Cyber Law, PLLC, Golodner offers legal advice across various sectors, leveraging 25 years of experience in cyber and technology law. Additionally, Golodner serves in advisory capacities with organizations such as TRUSTED FUTURE, WestExec Advisors, and the Semiconductor Industry Association, focusing on enhancing trust in the digital ecosystem and addressing global cyber issues. An adjunct professor at George Mason University, Golodner teaches subjects related to FinTech, cybersecurity, and global law, while also contributing as a member of various councils and boards, including the Fast Company Executive Board. Educational achievements include a JD from the University of Colorado Boulder and a fellowship at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
