Daniel Maxwell

Daniel Maxwell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, technology development, and academia. As President of KaDSCi since December 2008, Daniel has significantly contributed to the field. Simultaneously, Daniel serves as an Affiliate/Adjunct Professor at the C4I Center at George Mason University and has been an active member of MORS since 1989, holding roles such as Workshop Chair. Previously, Daniel led EXO[GENiUS] as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer from January 2011 to December 2019, focusing on modeling and technology development for investment decisions. Daniel's earlier roles include Senior Principal at Innovative Decisions, Inc., Vice President at Evidence Based Research, and OR Analyst at MITRE. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Decision Analysis and Operations Research from George Mason University, an MBA in Operations Management from LIU Post, and a BS in Criminal Justice from Rochester Institute of Technology.
