Devin Tate

Devin Tate, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Fiscal Learning & Engagement at George Mason University, overseeing fiscal training programs, communication strategies, and customer service support to enhance compliance and operational excellence. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at Bank of America, where Devin held several leadership roles including Assistant Vice President and Financial Center Manager, managing financial centers, fostering client relationships, and executing operational procedures. Additional positions at Bank of America involved management of internal operations, strategy development for inventory goals, and improvement initiatives for foreclosure processes. Devin holds an MBA in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the same institution. Prior military experience includes service in the US Air Force Reserve, managing records and support systems.
