Keith Ward

Keith Ward is an experienced professional in the fields of biophysics and chemical biological defense, currently serving as Affiliate Faculty at George Mason University's School of Systems Biology since February 2011. Since 2011, Ward has also held pro bono Senior Technical Advisor positions at Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, providing expertise in chemical and biological warfare defense. Ward's prior roles include Senior Science Advisor at the FBI Laboratory, Science Advisor in the Chemical and Biological Division of the US Department of Homeland Security, and various leadership positions at the Office of Naval Research and Naval Research Laboratory. Ward's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biophysics from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Physics from Texas A&M University.
