Kim Paul

Kim Paul is an experienced professional in the fields of compliance, mental health, and the arts. Currently serving as the IRB Compliance Manager and previously as a Senior IRB Compliance Specialist at George Mason University since August 2018, Kim has a strong background in research compliance. Prior roles include serving as a Psychiatric Technician II at Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute and working as a Theatre Teaching Artist at C.A.R.E. Actor. Kim's experience also encompasses management and operational roles in the pet care industry, medical records, and customer service.
