Stacey Guenther

Stacey Guenther, PhD, PCC, serves as an Assistant Professor in the Organization Development and Knowledge Management Program at George Mason University as of August 2024. Additionally, Stacey holds the position of Executive Leadership Coach at the GW Center for Excellence in Public Leadership since January 2022 and is the Principal and Founder of Awakened Impact, providing coaching and consulting services since 2005. Experience includes dynamic facilitation, leadership coaching, program development, and mindfulness-based programming, along with qualitative research and retreats. Stacey's past roles at George Mason University encompass both adjunct faculty positions and team-building facilitation. Educational credentials include a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, an MS in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University, and a BA in Communications from Southern Methodist University, among other qualifications.
