Amy Carroll

Amy Carroll currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs at George Medicines, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Amy held key leadership positions in medical affairs at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., including Head of Medical Affairs and Medical Director. Experience includes leadership roles at Takeda Oncology, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Amy began a career in the pharmaceutical industry at MitoKor, Inc., after earning a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and an M.S. in Zoology from the University of Maine, as well as a BA in Biology from the University of San Diego.
