Katie Harlow

Katie Harlow has a solid background in talent and culture management. Katie currently holds the position of Head of Talent & Culture (UK) at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Group Head of Talent & Culture at Arora Group from January 2020 to January 2023. Before joining Arora Group, Katie worked as a Group HR Business Partner for Arora Hotels from October 2014 to January 2020. Katie also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Sofitel London Heathrow from April 2012 to October 2014 and at London Marriott Hotel, County Hall from February 2008 to March 2012. Katie began their career at London Marriott Hotel, Kensington, where they held roles as a Front Office Manager from July 2006 to February 2008 and as a Conference & Banqueting Manager from November 2004 to July 2006. Katie started their career as an F & B graduate at Marriott Marble Arch in 2002.

Katie Harlow completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Catering Management from Sheffield Hallam University between 1998 and 2002. Katie then pursued their Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of West London.
