Ken Madden has been in the digital marketing industry for over 20 years. Ken is currently the SVP, Head of Digital Engagement at George P. Johnson Experience Marketing. Prior to this, they were at Shoptology where they were the SVP | Head of Digital Strategy and Engagement and was responsible for establishing engagement strategy, marketing technology and measurement & analytic practices. Ken also launched innovative campaigns that performed ahead of established benchmarks. Ken has also held positions at Geometry Global and Digitas. Ken is a thought leader in campaign planning, digital marketing, ecommerce and new technologies that fuel engagement. Ken has won numerous awards for their work in user experience, innovative technology, OOH media and guerrilla marketing.

Ken Madden received their Masters in Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business with a specialization in Global Business and Strategy. Ken also holds a BS in Radio, Television and Film from The University of Texas at Austin. Ken has also received certification from George P Johnson in Digital Experience Marketing.
