Melissa Goodson

Melissa Goodson, CMP, serves as the Senior Director of Account Services at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, where responsibilities include managing retainer estimates for major clients, exploring new business opportunities, and refining operational procedures with a team of six direct reports. Over an extensive career, Melissa has also held roles including Senior Event Operations Manager, Team Lead, and Event Logistics Manager, demonstrating expertise in corporate and client event planning. Prior positions include Crime Analyst at the Texas Department of Public Safety, Marketing Project Coordinator for Events at World Satellite Network, and Marketing Associate and Group Sales Manager at The University of Texas at Austin Performing Arts Center. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Journalism in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
