Colby Ritch

Colby Ritch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Colby began their career as an intern at the New York Mercantile Exchange in 2001, followed by an internship at Northwestern Mutual in 2002. In the same year, they also started working as a broker at Ritch Insurance Services, a role they held until 2015. During this time, they also served as a past President, Board Member, YBF Committee Member, and Secretary at Active 20-30 of Santa Rosa #50. In 2015, they joined George Petersen Insurance Agency as an Employee Benefits Producer and eventually became the Principal and VP of Employee Benefits. Most recently, in February 2022, they took on the position of Principal and Benefits Department Manager at George Petersen Insurance Agency.

Colby Ritch attended California State University, Chico from 1999 to 2003. Colby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing.
