Beth Ann Burkmar

Beth Ann Burkmar is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in college counseling and admissions. Currently serving as the Director of College Counseling at George School since August 2016, Beth Ann leads a team dedicated to guiding an international student body through the college application process. Previous roles include Associate Director of College Counseling at The Hun School of Princeton, where Beth Ann supported students and families in navigating college admissions, and Regional Director of International Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania, where evaluation and outreach were key responsibilities. Additional experiences span various educational and linguistic roles, including recruitment and program development at institutions like Drexel University and EF Education First. Beth Ann holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Russian from the University of Delaware.
