Mb Duckett Ireland currently serves as the Assistant Head of School for Student Life at George School, having held significant leadership roles in various educational institutions. Prior experience includes serving as Dean of Students at Holderness School, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing student experience, refining disciplinary systems, and implementing a socio-emotional learning curriculum.
