Rick Lessard

Rick Lessard has a diverse range of work experience. Rick started their career as a Financial Reporting Manager at Northeast Savings Bank in 1985. Rick then moved on to become a Financial Systems Manager at Society For Savings in 1988. In 1989, they became a Vice President of Financial Management at Central Bank For Savings. After that, Rick worked as a Software Development Consultant at ReAL Systems Consulting from 1990 to 1993. Rick joined Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers LLC in 1993 and held multiple roles, including Senior Software Consultant from 1993 to 2000, Vice President Trading Systems from 2000 to 2007, and finally Vice President of Software Development from 2007 onwards.

Rick Lessard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
