Sunny Malhi currently serves in a role focused on Corporate Governance and ESG at Georgeson, providing strategic shareholder advisory services for the EMEA, US, and Asia markets, with specific expertise in governance, compensation, and sustainability for AGMs and special situations including M&A and activist investor scenarios. Prior to this, Sunny was part of Deloitte's Global Employers Services team, specializing in executive and below board compensation planning, with a strong background in regulatory reward governance involving multiple financial regulations and providing corporate governance and executive compensation advisory.
