Brooke Ybarra

Brooke Ybarra is a Senior Vice President of Innovation & Strategy at the American Bankers Association, leading the Office of Innovation to address operational challenges and shape innovation policy for bank members. Ybarra actively engages with the Georgetown Angel Investor Network as a Vice President, enhancing the start-up ecosystem through inclusive angel investing, and as a member of Citrine Angels, promoting investment opportunities for female-founded startups. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Director of Global Quality at Marriott International, where Ybarra innovated audit processes in response to COVID-19, and as a Senior Manager at First Annapolis, developing business growth strategies. Early career roles at the Central Intelligence Agency included Program Manager and Analyst. Brooke Ybarra holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BS from Stanford University.
