Jeff Chapski has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Jeff founded Career Ready Coaching, LLC in 2020, where they provide career coaching and skill development programs for students and recent graduates. In 2017, they co-founded and served as a board member of the Georgetown Angel Investor Network, which aims to support and amplify the Georgetown University start-up ecosystem. From 2013, Jeff worked as a career skills coach, author, and speaker at Career-ology, where they provided training and designed learning seminars for entry-level employees. In 2021, they worked as an advisor at Inclusively, an employment platform connecting disabled job seekers to inclusive employers. Prior to that, they held roles such as Regional Director at Information Strategies, Inc., President and Principal Consultant at Tangram International Group, and Strategy & Product Development Manager at Mellon Investor Services. Jeff also worked at TradeOut.com as the Director of Alliances & Consulting Services, and at Oracle Corporation as a Sales Consultant in the financial services sector. Jeff started their career as a Business Development & Strategy Consultant at Arthur Andersen, where they consulted on derivative and treasury risk management for global clients. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in coaching, business development, strategic consulting, and sales.

Jeff Chapski graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Georgetown University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications and completed several courses in leadership, communication, negotiation, and other areas from institutions such as Center for Humane Technology, LinkedIn, National Career Development Association, Coursera, CentraleSupélec, École Centrale Paris, Johns Hopkins University, IE Business School, Madrid, Pennsylvania State University, Vanderbilt University, Toastmasters International, KARRASS® Negotiating, and NYU School of Professional Studies.
