Kelly Cromwell

Kelly Cromwell has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Kelly started their career as a Barista at Starbucks in 2007 and later worked as an Executive Assistant at the Law Office of Attorney Karel C. Petraitis from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Georgetown Hill Early School as an Assistant Preschool Teacher. Kelly then worked as a Barista at Starbucks again from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an English Language Teacher at Sogang University. Kelly returned to Georgetown Hill Early School in 2014 as an Administrator, and later held positions as an HR Manager & Marketing Specialist and Human Resources Director from 2015 to the present.

Kelly Cromwell attended Sherwood High School from 2004 to 2008, where they studied Global Studies. Kelly then pursued a degree in Government & Politics with a focus on International Development & Conflict Management at the University of Maryland from 2008 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a TESOL/TESL/TEFL Certification (100 Hours) from Oxford Seminars Certification in 2012, and recently achieved SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2019.
