Georgie McTear

Georgie McTear, MSBA, currently serves as an Analyst and Program Coordinator at Georgetown University's CPRC since January 2024. Previously, Georgie worked as a Data Analyst for Genesco Sports Enterprises from August 2022 to January 2024 and completed a Data Analyst Internship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in early 2022, where data collected from Catapult GPS units was utilized to enhance training for the women’s lacrosse team. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Temporary Hockey Development Coach at Millfield School and an earlier role as an employee at McDonald's. Georgie holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Certificate in Criminology and the Criminal Justice System, all from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with Cum Laude honors, alongside A levels in Biology, Geography, and Psychology from Millfield School.
