Lucinda Neely currently serves as a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Mental Health and is a Fellow with the Georgetown University Early Learning Project. In addition, Lucinda holds multiple roles with Delta Gamma, including Member at Large on the Honor Board and Vice President of the Panhellenic Council, facilitating communication between the Chapter and the Council. As a PARDner Program Peer Mentor at Lafayette College, Lucinda supports first-year students in their academic and social transition, while also serving as a Resident Advisor, promoting unity among residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lucinda is the Treasurer for Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, and a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line, providing mental health support. Previously, Lucinda worked as a Swim Lesson Instructor for the Columbia Association. Lucinda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Government & Law from Lafayette College.
