Mike Doonan

Mike Doonan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent management. Since 2004, Mike has held various leadership roles at SPMB, culminating in the position of Managing Partner. In addition to executive search, Mike serves as a Guest Lecturer at Georgetown University, where insights on diverse hiring practices and organizational change are shared. Prior to this, Mike worked in quantitative analysis at Standard & Poor's and gained experience in investment banking as an Equity Capital Markets Summer Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University with dual majors in Finance and New & Small Business Management and has advanced finance training from UNSW.
