Olabisi Ladeji Okubadejo currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Compliance at Georgetown University, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this, Olabisi worked at Ballard Spahr LLP as Of Counsel, focusing on compliance and employment issues from August 2013 to January 2020. Olabisi also served as Supervisory General Attorney at the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights from 2007 to 2013, overseeing civil rights attorneys and specialists in investigations related to discrimination complaints in educational institutions. Olabisi holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Arts (MA) in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in French and Anthropology from Hamilton College.
