Rebecca Sinderbrand

Rebecca Sinderbrand is the Director of the Journalism Program at Georgetown University, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Sinderbrand served as Senior Washington Editor for NBC News from 2018 to 2022 and has held various academic roles, including Visiting Lecturer at Yale University. Sinderbrand's extensive journalism experience includes positions as Deputy National Political Editor at The Washington Post, Deputy White House Editor at Politico, and Political Producer for CNN. This professional background is complemented by an M.A. in Nonfiction Writing from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University. Additionally, Sinderbrand has participated in international reporting as an International Reporting Project Fellow.
