Ronda Rolfes

Ronda Rolfes is an experienced academic and researcher with a robust background in biology and biochemistry. Serving at Georgetown University from August 1995 to May 2019, Ronda held various positions, including Chair of the Department of Biology, Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. Prior to this, Ronda worked as a Post-doctoral fellow at the National Institutes of Health from January 1990 to January 1995, focusing on the regulation of gene expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae under Alan Hinnebusch. Ronda earned a PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Genetics from Purdue University and a BA in Biology from the College of Saint Benedict.
