Boyd previously held senior level Corporate Officer positions at AGCO Corporation, a Georgia-based Fortune 500 Agricultural Equipment Company. He was a part of the corporate leadership team that grew the company from a domestic company to a major international industry player.
Following that career in executive-level positions, he spent three years as a Partner of the Newport Board Group’s Atlanta Practice. The NBG is a unique national business advisory firm that helps entrepreneurial middle-market companies grow to their potential.
He was first appointed to the DCH Board in 2009 by then-Governor Sonny Perdue and has served on the Board since that time.
Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and completed the Executive Management Program at Dartmouth College.
