Rachel Lemoine

Rachel Lemoine (Lewis) has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at the Georgia Department of Community Health, a role they started in May 2023. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis at the same organization from May 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining the Georgia Department of Community Health, Rachel worked as a Pricing Analyst at Genuine Parts Company from March 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Georgia Department of Community Health as a Fiscal Policy Analyst from December 2018 to March 2020 and as a Financial Analytics and Statistics Analyst I from October 2017 to December 2018.

Rachel Lemoine (Lewis) is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology, with an anticipated graduation year of 2024. Rachel previously completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, General at Kennesaw State University. Additionally, they obtained a minor in Applied Statistics and Data Analytics from the Kennesaw State University - College of Science and Mathematics.
