Kathy has a Bachelor of Science in Human and Social Service Administration and has held positions in transitional housing coordination and program management for teen mothers and their children.

We do this through programs that include Downtown Development, Community Development Block Grants, Rental Assistance, First Time Homebuyer programs, Affordable Housing Tax Credits, Planning and Quality Growth, and many more.
