Allyson Walker

Allyson Baer is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various sectors, including tourism, economic development, and education. Currently serving as a Marketing Manager at the Georgia Department of Economic Development since June 2023, Allyson leads initiatives targeting international consumers and manages comprehensive marketing efforts. Previous roles include Director of Marketing at Visit Shreveport-Bossier, Director of Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations at the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, and Marketing Manager at the Shreveport-Bossier Sports Commission. Allyson also has a background in educational marketing as a Senior Foreign Trainer at Disney English, where engaging teaching methods were implemented for young learners.
