David Nuckolls

David Nuckolls serves as the Executive Director for the Georgia Centers of Innovation at the Georgia Department of Economic Development, overseeing operations across six industry-focused teams. Nuckolls has held various roles within the organization, including Interim Executive Director and Associate Director of Operations, where responsibilities included marketing, communications strategy, and overall program management. Prior experience includes positions as Communications Coordinator at the Rome Floyd Chamber, Social Media Assistant at SAI Digital, and Public Relations Intern at the Georgia Baptist Mission Board. Nuckolls earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Berry College and has continued education through multiple institutions, including the University of Georgia and Georgia Institute of Technology.
