Shaundra Straughter

Shaundra Straughter is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in personalized learning and teaching. Currently serving as a Personalized Learning Specialist at the Georgia Department of Education since September 2021, Shaundra previously worked as a 3rd Grade Teacher with Muscogee County School District from July 2021 to September 2022. Shaundra's expertise includes providing personalized learning support for teachers and school administration across multiple schools, following a tenure in similar roles supporting the Government Office of Student Achievement grant. Prior experience includes two positions as a 3rd Grade Teacher and various roles in marketing and customer service, with degrees in Elementary Education from Western Governors University and Communication from Valdosta State University.
