Teresa Johnson

Teresa Johnson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resource Generalist Lead at the Georgia Department of Human Services since March 2021, following a role as a Human Resources Specialist. Prior to that, Teresa worked as a Human Resources Specialist for the State of Georgia from May 2021 to January 2024. From November 2010 to May 2021, Teresa was the HR Benefits Director at First Option Mortgage, responsible for onboarding and terminating employees while overseeing health, 401k benefits, and wellness programs for over 200 employees. Earlier in Teresa's career, Teresa held the position of CFO at ATS Automation and Controls from January 1996 to April 2009. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Kennesaw State University and Lee University.
