Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Auditor at the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority since January 2016, Charlette proactively identifies significant risks related to internal controls and leads change initiatives involving action plans for audit execution and reporting. Previously, Charlette held key auditing roles at Fulton County Schools and Orange County Public Schools, focusing on assurance, compliance audits, and assessing grant recipient compliance with federal regulations. Charlette's career began in accounts payable at the City of Orlando, complemented by a solid educational background that includes a Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis from Walden University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
