Janice Maxwell

Janice Maxwell is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Georgia Institute of Technology's Enterprise Innovation Institute since December 2022. Prior to this, Janice held various leadership roles at Georgia State University from September 2011 to December 2022, culminating in responsibilities as the Director of Operations and Head of the Office of the Chief Innovation Officer. Janice possesses extensive experience in project and program management, having led initiatives at organizations such as The Home Depot and UPS, where responsibilities included the management of large-scale projects and strategic oversight of IT operations. Janice's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Egyptology from The University of Manchester and participation in the Yale SOM Executive Education Women's Leadership Program.
