Laurie Haigh

Laurie Haigh is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in research communications and public relations. Currently serving as the Director of Research Communications Services at Georgia Institute of Technology since January 2022, Laurie previously held the role of Communications Manager at the Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech from May 2018 to January 2022. Laurie's career at Georgia Tech also includes a tenure as Senior Manager for Executive Relations & Marketing from May 2006 to February 2014. Prior to this, Laurie worked as a PR & Government Affairs Consultant at Randstad USA and completed a public relations internship at Philips Consumer Electronics. Academically, Laurie holds a Master of Science in Public Relations from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing, and International Business from Canisius University.
