Ricki VanDuvall, CHSP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Sales Manager at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Airport until 2009. From 2009 to 2021, they held various positions at Radisson Hotel Group, including Manager of Corporate Sales and Manager of National Sales. In 2021, they joined Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North as the Director of Sales and Marketing, and in 2022, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing at Georgia International Convention Center.
Ricki VanDuvall, CHSP completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology at Howard University from 1988 to 1993.
Georgia International Convention Center
The GICC is Georgia’s newest, second largest convention center. Located adjacent to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, and only 10 minutes from downtown Atlanta, the GICC features 150,000 feet of exhibit space and Georgia’s largest ballroom at 40,000 square feet. Additionally, the GICC campus features two convention hotels, a 403-room Marriott headquarters hotel opening August 2010, and a 147-room SpringHill Suites, which opened December 2009. And now, the GICC is Atlanta’s most accessible convention center! With the recent opening of Atlanta airport’s new light rail train, the ATL SkyTrain, patrons are shuttled from the airport to the GICC in two minutes, free of charge.
