Seth Bruckner

Seth Bruckner is Vice President of Legal for UPS Healthcare and UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. Prior to his current position, Seth served as UPS’s lead M&A counsel, after joining UPS as its regulatory compliance and ethics attorney in 2003.

Before joining UPS, Seth was a Litigation Attorney for the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington, DC, where he also served as an Adjunct Professor at the George Washington University Law School. Before DOJ, Seth spent eight years with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, both in DC and in the Atlanta Regional office. Seth received both his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (1989) and his Law Degree (1992) from the University of Florida, where he also served as Associate Editor on the Florida Law Review. Additionally, Seth holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences (1999) from Johns Hopkins University.
