Alison Earles

Alison Earles has a diverse work experience in the legal and corporate field. Alison was an Associate General Counsel at the Georgia Municipal Association starting in 2014. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of ACE Ideas, LLC from 2013 to 2014. Before that, they worked at the Georgia Department of Community Health as an Attorney and held various roles such as Director of State Health Benefit Plan Legal Services, Attorney for the State Health Benefit Plan, and DCH Ethics Officer from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they were the CEO of ACE Ideas, LLC/HealthBux from 2004 to 2009, where they focused on wellness programming and patent licensing. Alison also worked as a Senior Counsel at Benefits Law Group from 1998 to 2006, advising employers on benefits matters and litigating ERISA cases. Finally, they worked as an Associate at both Alston & Bird LLP and JONES DAY, specializing in ERISA litigation and employee benefits.

Alison Earles obtained their J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where they studied Law from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Princeton University, earning an A.B. in Religion between 1988 and 1992.
